Long Term Interest in influencing my organization to reach another level of excellence through continuing its current commitment to patient-centered care - aligning its quality goals regarding superior health outcomes (i.e. eliminating health disparities) by increasing cultural competency organization wide. Spark a thirst for innovation complemented by an appreciation of differences, increase community partnerships that drive common goals, capacity build for the future of healthcare.
My short term goals are reflective of my current level of influence, but by taking advantage of opportunities, learning from people like you (Amri) and those on this site, and relationship building I hope to add value to our hospital
