An epidemiologist by training, I have been a human capital strategist and consultant for the past 10 years.

In 2004, I founded Diversity HealthWorks in order to focus on being a catalyst and destination point for people committed to diversity and cultural competency in healthcare. Will short-term thinking's results ever jolt us into reality?
